Coaching is the process of self-realization. It's about awakening your true self, your "why." It is a holistic encounter where the mind and body try to understand each other and see how one influences the other. Coaching allows you to effectively clarify and achieve your goals while raising your awareness of life, which leads to greater satisfaction in both professional and personal spheres.


The coach supports the client by creating a shared space, deep listening on multiple levels, using observation and empathy, and remaining open to what is happening in the present moment.


Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, consulting, or mentoring. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and the future. As a coach, I believe that each of us possesses all the necessary tools to achieve what we desire; sometimes, we just need someone to remind us of that.
